📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Amazon listings, including creation, optimization, and variation setup • Create and upload item setup bulk feed files • Maintain catalog accuracy, clean data, and compliant product listings • Resolve listing errors, suppressions, and variation issues • Optimize listings for search ranking, keyword relevance, and conversion performance • Use Excel and reporting tools to track performance and maintain catalog accuracy • Manage bulk updates and catalog workflows • Coordinate cross-functionally with merchandising and operations specialists • Support best-in-class product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Target marketplaces • Report to the Merchandising & Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in Amazon catalog management, eCommerce operations, or marketplace management • Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure, policies, and marketplace operations • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, cleaning, and bulk data handling • Knowledge of keyword research and Amazon search ranking fundamentals • Familiarity or experience in copywriting is nice-to-have • Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there • Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
