📋 Description

• Translate new product concepts into detailed technical specifications and target use cases • Conduct keyword research, marketplace analysis, reverse-engineer Amazon and other retail-platform listings, and evaluate ROI • Identify and vet manufacturing partners and sourcing agents across China and Asia • Gather, analyze, and present comparative shortlists of 3–5 price-checked options per product concept • Calculate landed-cost estimates, including duties, tariffs, and HTS codes • Identify, track, and secure required product certifications such as ETL and UL before PO issuance • Coordinate sample requests, packaging design, and line artwork against launch milestones • Identify and flag roadblocks requiring executive decisions • Track products through purchase order creation, manufacturing, quality control, shipping handoffs, and final commercial launch • Maintain proactive communication and relationships with Asia-based suppliers and agents • Report to leadership and manage milestone execution to keep product launches on time and on budget

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or new product development within an e-commerce or consumer goods brand • Direct experience working with China- and Asia-based manufacturers and sourcing agents • Technical proficiency in reading and evaluating multi-component product specifications and landed-cost structures • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of managing multi-variable deadlines (samples, artwork, POs, compliance) • Sourcing experience for private label or licensed retail brands (nice-to-have) • Direct background in product commercialization or launch project management (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with Amazon keyword, market research, and ROI analysis tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout (nice-to-have) • Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
