📋 Description

• Produce high-impact ads, reels, and other video content • Edit occasional longer-form content, including vlogs and episodic videos • Select compelling footage and apply strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and sound design • Incorporate text animations, graphics, and visual effects where needed • Follow the brand’s visual style and translate creative direction into polished content • Manage varying output requirements, from multiple short-form pieces to longer weekly edits • Own the editing process with minimal supervision and proactively manage priorities • Work with the internal videographer and external agency, incorporating feedback and revisions • Adapt videos to appropriate formats and specifications for ads and social media • Stay current with editing trends, particularly in fitness and sports performance content

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing high-impact ads, reels, and social media videos • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent editing, pacing, and visual storytelling • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve • Ability to edit both short-form and longer-form content, including vlogs • Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of working with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage varying content demands • Excellent English communication skills • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace ready for remote work • Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there
