📋 Description

• Edit high-performing video content for paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms • Create attention-grabbing content designed for digital audiences while balancing performance marketing objectives with creative execution • Collaborate with the Branding team to create video content for websites, YouTube, social media, provider materials, presentations, campaigns, and other brand initiatives • Help evolve the look, feel, pacing, and creative language of StemWave video content • Identify opportunities to improve the video production pipeline through AI, automation, new software, and emerging creative technologies • Research, test, and implement tools and workflows to reduce repetitive work and shorten production timelines • Share new tools, techniques, and workflows with the broader creative team • Produce typically 4–7 completed video edits per week while maintaining a high creative standard

🎯 Requirements

• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio of polished work • Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual hierarchy • Strong motion graphics and design skills • Strong understanding of sound design and how audio contributes to an edit • Experience editing content specifically for digital and social platforms • Proficiency with professional video editing software and the Adobe Creative Suite • Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into professional video editing or post-production workflows • Demonstrated curiosity around emerging creative technology and a track record of independently researching and testing new tools and workflows • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
