• Manage, develop and expand the existing customer base in your sales region (Northern or Eastern Germany) • Identify new opportunities and build sustainable customer relationships in technically demanding B2B markets • Advise customers on industry-specific technical solutions and support projects from initial contact through the proposal phase • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Inside Sales, Engineering, Production and Quality Management • Monitor market and competitor developments and derive appropriate sales approaches • Actively apply your technical affinity in customer discussions and jointly further develop solutions with internal specialist teams
• Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in field sales or account management • Technical understanding and the ability to familiarize yourself with complex, explanation-intensive products and industrial applications • Knowledge in areas such as industrial equipment, technical components, fittings, valves, aerospace, pharmaceuticals/biotech, food & beverage, or comparable technical markets is an advantage • Technical or commercial vocational training, a relevant degree, or equivalent qualification through professional experience • Fluent communication in German; English skills are an advantage • Structured, reliable and proactive working style, plus strong communication, customer orientation and closing skills • Willingness to travel for regular customer appointments within Northern or Eastern Germany
