📋 Description

• Establish Mural’s presence in Argentina • Build relationships with important companies and leaders in the Argentine market • Represent Mural in the local business community through dinners, breakfasts, events, and other activities • Map Argentine companies that would benefit from Mural • Map account and FX providers, fintechs, competitors, and their product offerings • Determine partnership and competitive opportunities • Develop expertise in local regulation and compliance requirements • Inform the Product team about Argentina-specific product priorities • Own monthly active accounts with payment activity in the last 30 days • Own and be accountable for the country P&L • Work across marketing, partnerships, customer relationships, operations, and product • Operate independently in the Argentine market during the first one to two quarters

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running a business unit, market, country, or P&L with direct accountability for outcomes • Intimate knowledge of Argentina’s financial landscape • Experience leading a financial services business in Argentina or building financial products there • Product-oriented and able to work effectively with engineers and a CPO • Strong existing network among Argentine business leaders • Ability to operate independently in the market for one to two quarters • Must provide a resume • Must provide a LinkedIn profile or personal website • Must provide two examples of exceptional abilities, emphasizing shipped work and its impact
