📋 Description

• Establish Mural’s presence in Brazil and define the country business playbook • Build relationships with Brazilian business leaders and represent Mural in the local business community • Map Brazilian companies that could benefit from Mural • Organize and attend dinners, breakfasts, events, and other trust-building activities using a dedicated budget • Develop a point of view on best-in-class accounts, payments, and financial services in Brazil • Map account and FX providers, fintechs, competitors, and their product offerings • Determine partnership and competitive opportunities • Advise on the account and payments infrastructure needed for Brazil • Maintain expertise on Brazilian regulation and compliance requirements • Inform the Product team about products and features to build for Brazil • Own and be accountable for monthly active accounts and the country P&L • Work across marketing, partnerships, customer relationships, operations, and product • Work directly with Mural founders and leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running a business unit or market, such as a country, P&L, or business unit where the candidate owned the outcome • Intimate knowledge of Brazil's financial landscape • Experience leading a financial services business in Brazil or building world-class financial products there • Product-oriented ability to work effectively with engineers and a CPO • Existing network of business leaders and ability to build relationships • Ability to operate independently in a new market for one to two quarters • Required application materials: resume, LinkedIn or personal website, and two examples of exceptional abilities with shipped work and impact
