📋 Description

• Gather and document business and functional requirements • Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps • Break down complex processes into actionable work items • Document workflows and ensure requirements are clear and testable • Partner with stakeholders to validate solutions • Support Agile delivery, including backlog, sprints, and UAT • Investigate and resolve data/system issues • Support Finance-related tickets and reporting requests • Actively communicate to internal/external/stakeholders/customers quality issues about the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Insurance business concepts • Requirements gathering and documentation • Process mapping and workflow analysis • Strong stakeholder communication • Ability to produce clear, testable requirements • Working knowledge of GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive • Experience with Agile / Azure DevOps • 3+ years as a Business Analyst • Experience supporting Finance/Accounting or financial data • Must work aligned to CST hours (until 12 PM CST) • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field • Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
