• Map out and visit manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and industrial zones across Penang to promote multi-brand lifting and heavy machinery service offerings • Formulate precise engineering service quotations, handle complex commercial contract terms, and resolve customer objections to secure long-term agreements • Work hand-in-hand with the field technician team to schedule, allocate, and monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown repair jobs • Act as the first point of contact for client escalations, overseeing warranty claims and technical resolution loops with the operations support desk • Participate in regional industrial trade shows, identify new engineering applications, and update the CRM system with pipeline data and forecasts
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or equivalent field) • Minimum 5 years of working experience in an engineering environment with a strong emphasis on technical sales or aftermarket service sales • Proven capability to engage confidently with multi-tiered stakeholders from maintenance technicians up to plant procurement directors • Self-disciplined and highly driven to succeed under a 100% remote working infrastructure
