⢠Act as the trusted right-hand to founders. ⢠Lead strategy sessions, conduct deep-dive business audits, and align commercial goals with execution plans. ⢠Run live roleplays with sales teams, coaching them on positioning, scripts, and intent. ⢠Train teams on complex sales playbooks so they can execute independently and confidently. ⢠Veto, refine, or approve strategic deliverables before they reach the client, ensuring ultimate commercial viability. ⢠Mentor junior consultants, elevate internal diagnostic frameworks, and safeguard the quality of client outcomes.
⢠5+ years in a senior advisory, strategic consulting, or sales leadership role. ⢠Proven track record of advising founders and C-level executives. ⢠A deep, structural understanding of revenue models, high-ticket B2B sales environments, and team performance dynamics. ⢠Elite commercial judgment with the ability to diagnose complex business issues rapidly under pressure. ⢠Exceptional verbal facilitation skills.
