📋 Description
• Apply a director’s mindset to script interpretation • Translate scripts into visual outputs through structured prompting using AI tools • Break scenes into organized shot sequences (wide, medium, close-up, transitions, pacing, etc) • Edit and assemble clips into cohesive, story driven content • Refine outputs for narrative clarity, pacing, visual consistency, and emotional continuity • Experiment with different AI models and workflows to achieve multiple visual styles • Optimize production workflows for scalability, consistency, and efficiency • Eventually train and guide AI generators and team members
🎯 Requirements
• Proven cinematic narrative filmmaking experience • Hands on experience using advanced video tools in a professional creative environment, including AI video generation models (such as Runway ML, Sora, Higgsfield, Kling, or similar) and post production softwares (such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid, or similar) • Strong understanding of storytelling, shot composition, pacing, and cinematic structure • Experience translating scripts into visual outputs using prompting and creative direction • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2) • Ability to independently manage full production workflows from generation to final delivery • Highly Preferred: Experience working with animation, comic, anime, or entertainment related projects
