📋 Description

• Partner directly with the owner to improve and scale business operations • Build, document, and optimize internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across departments • Research, implement, and manage new software, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency • Coordinate cross functional projects and ensure initiatives are completed on time • Develop systems that improve productivity, accountability, and overall business performance • Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to support business growth • Assist with operational planning and execute strategic initiatives independently • Support additional administrative and operational projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar role • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement • Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable business systems • Comfortable implementing and learning new software, automation platforms, and AI tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience working in small or fast growing businesses • Experience implementing AI, automation, or business management software • Strong project management experience • Experience leading operational improvements across multiple departments • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business analytics tools
