• Track and manage multiple projects across content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiatives • Maintain project timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and action items across teams • Follow up with internal team members, contractors, creators, and external partners to ensure deliverables stay on track • Identify bottlenecks and proactively assist in resolving issues before they impact project timelines • Keep leadership informed on project status, priorities, risks, and outstanding needs • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action items • Support executives with scheduling, coordination, research, and project follow through • Help organize priorities and maintain visibility across multiple company initiatives • Coordinate communication between departments, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders • Serve as a professional point of contact for creators, partners, vendors, and collaborators • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow up communications to maintain momentum across projects • Represent the company professionally through written and verbal communication
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations or executive support • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), both written and verbal • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Strong interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Highly proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail and follow through • Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across multiple functions • Experience within entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media industries (Highly Preferred) • Experience working with remote teams, contractors, and external partners (Highly Preferred) • Experience using project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms (Highly Preferred) • Familiarity with social media, creator management, and digital marketing workflows (Highly Preferred) • Interest in emerging technology (Highly Preferred)
