📋 Description
• Support the Research Manager in a collaborative and agile environment. • Draft and manage IRB submissions to ensure ethical standards in digital health interventions. • Assist in publishing papers by performing literature reviews and data analysis. • Collaborate with data, clinical, and research teams on data collection processes and analysis. • Facilitate internal learning through Journal Clubs and convert complex research into actionable insights. • Manage research timelines and streamline data collection processes. • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and model accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a research setting (digital health experience is a major plus), in Public Health, healthcare. • Basic understanding of healthcare systems, health service delivery, or health policy. • High self-efficacy and creative problem-solving mindset. • Solid grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. • Experience with scientific writing (provide a portfolio or list of publications). • Expertise in using AI tools for research and productivity (preferred).
