📋 Description

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic partners in Switzerland, including ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce, and technology partners • Act as the primary commercial contact and day-to-day relationship manager • Build long-term, trusted partner relationships • Drive partner activation from signed agreement to sustainable commercial performance • Ensure partners are onboarded, trained, sales-ready, and actively bringing myPOS to market • Identify growth opportunities across merchant segments, verticals, regions, sales channels, product adoption, and cross-sell potential • Help partners define and execute go-to-market motions, including reseller models, referral programmes, bundled offerings, merchant migration campaigns, vertical propositions, and joint customer-acquisition activities • Coordinate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, partner communications, case studies, events, webinars, lead-generation initiatives, and sales collateral • Monitor local market trends, partner performance, and the competitive landscape • Act as a key link between local stakeholders and central teams • Help myPOS support businesses with payment solutions, multicurrency accounts, and e-commerce tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic alliances • Proven experience working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners • Understanding of APIs, integrations, or partner-led growth models • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and data-driven approach to performance tracking • Fluent in English and applicable local language(s) • Send CV in English
