📋 Description

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. • Manage and optimize Zoho CRM and other business tools. • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications. • Document and resolve technical inquiries efficiently and effectively. • Assist with security protocols and system updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Only LATAM-based candidates. • Bilingual in Spanish and English. • Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance (+7 years). • Familiarity with CRM systems, with Zoho preferred, and cloud-based tools. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. • Proficiency in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus. • Knowledge of basic networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting best practices.
