📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of project managers and developers, ensuring efficient allocation and execution of tasks • Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget • Foster collaboration among project managers, developers, designers, and marketing professionals to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations • Serve as senior management's primary point of contact, providing updates on project status, milestones, and critical issues • Implement and refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and project outcomes • Conduct performance reviews and mentor project managers and team members, facilitating professional growth • Manage stakeholder communication and provide precise, consistent updates on project progress and outcomes • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies • Align project goals with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to business growth

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Lead project management, preferably within digital marketing, web development, or a related field • Proven track record of leading and mentoring project teams to successfully deliver complex digital projects • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and supervise project managers and developers • Excellent English (C1 level minimum) communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly to diverse stakeholders • Proficient in project management software and tools • Keen understanding of web development and digital marketing principles • Independent contractor status, with responsibility for own social security and tax contributions as per legal requirements • Proactive, results-oriented approach, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
