📋 Description
• Entering patient data into files • Maintaining a database of records • Scheduling appointments for patients • Collecting information for patient health assessments over the phone • Proactively determining solutions for handling unique patient/emergency situations • Answering inbound calls from the unit phone queue and making outbound calls regarding authorization request status • Accurately entering authorization requests and submitted documents into the authorization system • Obtaining necessary documentation to process referrals and requests for covered services • Managing contact center operations – inbound and outbound calls • Creating and completing patient charts
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurances • 1+ years of experience in Medical Accounts • English proficiency at C1 level • Internet speed of 100 MB+ • Own devices (laptop or desktop and headset)
