📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with sector industry and regulatory requirements • Proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks • Overseeing and implementing HSQE documentation • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders for compliance • Develop and implement H&S and Environmental Plans • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments • Provide training on safety and environmental practices • Monitor project progress and report to management • Manage and analyze HSQE performance data • Respond and investigate accidents and incidents • Support on identifying hazards and evaluating risks • Participate in environmental and safety awareness initiatives. • Review and validate HSQE requirements on contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HSE management in renewable energy sector, specially wind power projects • Experience in developing and implementing safety and environmental procedures • Experience in conducting site inspections and audits • Experience working with IS0 14001, ISO45001 and IS0 9001 management systems • Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental Engineering • Occupational Health & Safety Diploma • Internal auditor on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and knowledge of ISO 9001 • Fluent in English and French. Other language is desirable • Driver’s license.
