📋 Description

• Manage and deliver complex IT projects • Meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets • Deliver projects using Agile development methodologies • Handle large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders • Apply and tailor project management methodologies to project-specific needs • Identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies • Manage relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners • Drive technology-enabled business transformation and organizational change • Align project goals with broader business strategies • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive experience managing and delivering complex IT projects • Track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets • Proven experience delivering projects using Agile development methodologies • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools • Experience handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent • Ability to tailor project management approaches to project-specific needs • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners • Experience in technology-enabled business transformation and driving organizational change • Ability to align project goals with broader business strategies • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Continuous learning mindset and passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management best practices
