📋 Description

• Prepare and realize SAP projects in the SAP Cloud unit • Plan project time, capacity, and budget • Conduct regular planning iterations • Manage the entire project course with involved project teams across all phases • Ensure project results regarding time, quality, and costs • Steer daily project work • Clarify customer requirements and translate them into SAP processes • Prepare and conduct management-level workshops • Conduct presales activities • Establish and maintain customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Many years of professional experience as a project manager • Analytical mindset and ability to present complex concepts clearly and tailored to the target audience • Ability to find practical, hands-on solutions in difficult project management situations • Experience with classical and agile project management methods, preferably hybrid approaches • Ideally, experience and knowledge in one or more SAP modules • Experience with the SAP Activate methodology • Well-founded presales experience • Strong communication skills and stakeholder-oriented presentation skills • Ability to simplify complex situations into understandable content • Ability to inspire and motivate team members and guide them toward project goals • Business-fluent German skills (C1 level) • Good English skills (B2 level)
