📋 Description

• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through the ticket management system • Monitor and resolve support tickets according to agreed SLAs and KPIs • Perform issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution implementation for SAP WM/EWM incidents • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose SAP standard solutions • Support integration activities between SAP EWM/WM and SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM • Configure and maintain SAP WM/EWM functionalities for inbound, outbound, internal movements, replenishment, and physical inventory • Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests • Investigate and resolve application issues, defects, and process inconsistencies • Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials • Collaborate with developers on enhancements, reports, forms, and interface requirements • Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training • Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse and logistics processes • Resolve medium-complexity issues and change requests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAP Logistics and Supply Chain Management • Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments • Understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, replenishment, and physical inventory • Familiarity with SAP configuration and testing activities • Understanding of SAP EWM/WM integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM • Experience in application support and incident management environments • Understanding of SLAs and ticket prioritization • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, or similar platforms • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA targets • Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) • Experience preparing and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance tests • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions • Ability to work independently and escalate complex issues when appropriate • German language skills
