📋 Description

• Understand the domain and customer ecosystem to configure ERP systems efficiently across distribution modules • Provide functional and transactional ERP onboarding and training covering accounting, purchasing, production, distribution, billing, customer order entry, inquiry, and quality • Document As-Is process flows and consult on and create To-Be process flows • Champion optimal ERP usage, implementation best practices, and ERP governance best practices • Perform ERP system implementation and onboard new customers • Train customers on the ERP system during implementation • Understand customer business needs and articulate them for feedback and solutions • Present to in-house teams, client stakeholders, and management • Monitor and respond to customer project communications by phone, email, or chat • Work with the product development team to research and resolve product issues during customer onboarding • Provide product enhancement input to the Product Owner • Analyze and validate data converted from legacy systems to the new ERP platform

🎯 Requirements

• Must-have skills: Distribution ERP Implementer and ERP Functional Consultant • Domain degree/certifications in business, technology, or supply chain • Experience working with an ERP such as Sage, Epicor, Infor, etc. • Ability to understand the domain and customer ecosystem and configure ERP systems across distribution modules • Understanding of financials desired • Fast learner with ability to understand existing ERP systems • Ability to provide functional and transactional ERP onboarding and training • Ability to understand and document As-Is process flows and create To-Be process flows • Strong communication and analytical skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to monitor and respond to phone, email, or chat communications • Ability to analyze and validate data converted from a legacy system to a new ERP platform
