📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert in multiple applications • Partner with feature developers and other SDETs to build tools and infrastructure for thorough production-code testing • Build testable applications with team members • Collaborate across teams to develop Test Automation Frameworks • Assist feature developers in stabilizing code, builds, and deployments • Provide guidance across the technology organization to enhance efficiency and deliver the strategic vision • Create and modify automated scenarios using frameworks • Promote quality through requirements gathering and technical design reviews • Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for Automation Frameworks • Maintain and contribute to test stubs and tools that enhance manual test execution • Partner with the Manheim Testing Community on test-execution tools • Assist in production releases • Support team members in meeting commitments • Recommend process and systems improvements • Develop industry knowledge to become a stronger team partner and consultant • Drive Community of Practice activities • Investigate new testing technologies and methodologies to improve product test coverage • Drive continuous integration and recommend technology infrastructure and tools • Mentor SDETs and Test Engineers on automation strategy and best practices • Set effective goals, establish priorities, and plan work to produce quality results • Provide leadership, technical direction, training, information, and inspiration to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must-have skills: Pega and expert-level JavaScript • Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) or higher certification level in Pega v7.x • Should have worked on Pega 7 or higher
