📋 Description

• Process and assess claims in the marine insurance sector • Verify eligibility for coverage and claims benefits • Initiate appropriate measures for claims settlement • Communicate with customers, surveyors, and other relevant parties to clarify claims • Document and manage claims files in internal systems • Develop solutions to optimize and digitize claims-handling processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in insurance or a comparable qualification (e.g., claims surveyor) • Several years of professional experience in claims handling, ideally in the marine insurance sector • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills • Strong analytical skills and a precise, conscientious approach to work • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications • Application documents: current photo, cover letter, and résumé
