📋 Description

• Own the customer journey from first contact through to customer satisfaction • Work closely with the executive team, Marketing, Product Management, and Support • Report directly to the Managing Director • Acquire and qualify new customers from website and campaign inquiries, conduct demos, and close deals • Proactively engage existing customers and present add-on products such as Postfach Plus and Insurgo Agent • Communicate the value of Insurgo’s tools and the time savings they deliver to insurance brokerages • Help shape and continuously improve the sales process • Manage the pipeline, CRM, and sales forecast • Represent Insurgo at trade fairs such as DKM and other industry events • Relay customer feedback to the Product team

🎯 Requirements

• Industry experience in insurance and familiarity with insurance brokers’ day-to-day work, for example from an insurance brokerage, broker pool, insurer, or software provider for brokers • Several years of initial sales experience, ideally in B2B sales or with a complex, consultative product • Strong closing skills and the ability to guide conversations toward a decision • Self-motivated, with ownership of sales targets and results • Excellent written and spoken German • Willingness to travel for trade fairs and occasional on-site customer meetings • Experience with a broker management system or CRM is a plus • Residence in Germany • Existing work authorization
