📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to HR decision-makers and executives • Advise companies on needs-based pension and employee benefits solutions • Confidently address complex objections relating to company pension plans, company health insurance, and company disability insurance • Take customers’ employment law, tax law, and social security law specifics into account • Design and tailor suitable employee benefits packages • Support the sales team with in-depth technical expertise • Ensure regulatory requirements are met throughout the prospecting and initial contact process • Manage new and existing customers • Position become.1 as a partner for modern employee benefits and pension solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Valid insurance broker license (Insurance Specialist, IHK / Section 34d of the German Trade Regulation Act) • In-depth knowledge of company pension plans, company health insurance, and company disability insurance • Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales • Enthusiasm for proactive outreach and cold calling • Confident presence when engaging with C-level stakeholders • Ability to explain complex pension and benefits topics clearly and persuasively • Structured management of your own sales pipeline • Ability to stay organized in a dynamic scale-up environment
