📋 Description

• Co-design and further develop digital insurance products with a focus on commercial motor vehicle fleet insurance • Monitor the market and analyze customer, distribution and broker needs • Develop coverage concepts, product information and technical system documentation • Create, maintain and refine acceptance, review and underwriting guidelines for new business and renewals • Provide technical oversight of fleet underwriting and continuously ensure the quality of underwriting decisions • Manage and optimize end-to-end processes in the fleet business across the entire lifecycle of an insurance policy • Design and improve business processes in the fleet business, particularly in collections, deductible handling in motor liability insurance, claims buybacks and fleet policy administration • Analyze portfolio, claims and loss ratio metrics and derive and implement technical optimization measures • Work closely with internal departments as well as with the specialist units of our risk carriers and service providers • Work independently in a high-performing, agile team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on insurance, or comparable vocational training in the insurance sector • Several years of professional experience in fleet underwriting, product management, or a comparable role in commercial motor vehicle insurance • Solid knowledge of business processes in the fleet business, particularly in collections, deductible handling in motor liability insurance, claims buybacks and fleet policy administration • Experience in drafting and developing acceptance, review and underwriting guidelines • Experience managing complex fleet portfolios and in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a strong process mindset • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented working style • Enthusiasm for digital technologies and modern insurance solutions • Team player with enjoyment of collaborating across different departments • Fluent German, written and spoken
