📋 Description

• Co-design and further develop digital insurance products with a focus on commercial motor vehicle fleet insurance • Monitor the market and analyze customer, distribution and broker requirements • Develop coverage concepts, product information and technical system documentation • Create, maintain and enhance acceptance, assessment and underwriting guidelines for new and existing business • Provide technical oversight of fleet underwriting and continuously ensure the quality of underwriting decisions • Manage and optimize end-to-end processes in the fleet business across the entire lifecycle of an insurance contract • Shape and improve business processes in the fleet business, especially in collections, deductibles in motor third‑party liability insurance, claim buy-backs and the portfolio management of fleet contracts • Analyze portfolio, claims and other portfolio KPIs and derive and implement targeted optimization measures • Collaborate closely with internal departments as well as the specialist teams of our risk carriers and service providers • Work independently in a dynamic, agile team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on insurance, or a comparable qualification in the insurance sector • Several years of professional experience in fleet underwriting, product management or a comparable role in commercial motor insurance • Solid knowledge of fleet operations, especially in collections, deductibles in motor third‑party liability insurance, claim buy-backs and the portfolio management of fleet contracts • Experience in creating and developing acceptance, assessment and underwriting guidelines • Experience managing complex fleet portfolios and designing and optimizing end‑to‑end processes • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a strong process orientation • Strong communication skills, initiative and a structured, solution‑oriented working style • Enthusiasm for digital technologies and modern insurance solutions • Team player with a willingness to work across different departments • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
