📋 Description

• You analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures. • You manage client projects confidently from planning to implementation, ensuring schedules, quality, and budgets are met reliably. • You identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and actively help shape our consulting portfolio. • You support the development of forward‑looking concepts that advance our clients. • You build long‑term relationships with clients and partners and maintain your professional network.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or hold a degree in a relevant field, e.g.: Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or comparable degree programs with a focus on insurance. • You have 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance environment, ideally in a consultancy or an insurance company. • Ideally, you have knowledge in business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization. • You bring experience with insurance processes and understand how to design and implement complex workflows efficiently and sustainably. • Nice‑to‑have qualifications: Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other credentials in Operational Excellence and process management are a plus and demonstrate your methodological expertise. • You work independently, organize your projects autonomously, and actively contribute your own ideas. • You understand our clients’ needs, provide collaborative advice, and build trusting relationships. • You find innovative solutions to complex challenges and implement them successfully. • You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for project management and presentations.
