📋 Description

• Work alongside experienced RAS colleagues on consulting and audit projects • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of risk management, internal control, compliance, and internal audit systems • Analyze business processes, risks, and controls • Develop pragmatic solutions for governance structures together with clients • Contribute to internal audit projects, including interviews, document analysis, process and control assessments, and follow-up on action items • Prepare for and conduct interviews and workshops with the project team • Collaborate with clients’ business functions and management • Prepare audit and project documentation and contribute to reports and management presentations • Support project management and coordination • Contribute to the ongoing development of consulting approaches, methodologies, and services

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed or nearing completion of a degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable field • A university degree or approximately one to two years of initial professional experience, for example in consulting, audit, or an industrial or services company • Interest in risk management, internal audit, compliance, corporate governance, controlling, or accounting • Analytical and structured approach to work • Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new companies, processes, and issues • Willingness to take on responsibility early • Team player who is willing to contribute their own ideas • Confidence in communicating directly with clients • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Willingness to accompany clients on-site, domestically and internationally, as required
