📋 Description

• Actively develop the established Finanzguru advisory service • Translate complex technical terminology into clear, accessible language • Provide comprehensive advice to existing and new customers based on their banking data • Further optimize data-driven needs analysis • Connect banking and insurance • Help deliver sustainable advice to more than 3 million users • Work in a specialized pension and insurance planning team of approximately 6 to 9 customer advisors • Work with the team lead on performance and personal development • Engage in daily professional and personal exchange via Slack, video calls, and digital coffee chats

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or insurance professional (BWV/IHK) • At least 2 years of experience providing holistic customer advice • Ideally, in-depth knowledge of biometric risk protection, particularly occupational disability and life insurance (BU/LV), as well as health insurance (KV) • Willingness to make excellent advice scalable through digitalization • Affinity for digital tools • Interest in the intersection of technical expertise and product development • Fluent German at C1/C2 level • Ability to build strong relationships of trust with customers, even remotely
