📋 Description

• Work on the conception and development of B2B software products for the enterprise market. • Turn needs into concrete solutions, using Artificial Intelligence as a tool. • Understand problems, engage with customers and stakeholders, design experiences, build prototypes, and drive initiatives until they are ready to be handed over to engineering and brought to market. • Identify opportunities and turn needs into valuable products. • Conduct research with users and stakeholders. • Design flows, screens, and product experiences. • Build prototypes and proofs of concept. • Collaborate with technology, design, and business teams. • Prioritize initiatives and support product evolution. • Participate in creating innovative solutions to integrate into Nasajon's product portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Owner for B2B software products; • Experience with enterprise systems, ERPs, or complex platforms; • Practical knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence, including agents and automation flows; • Ability to design experiences, screens, and user journeys; • Experience in user research and requirements gathering; • Integrated view across business, technology, and user experience; • Basic programming knowledge to interact with development environments and AI tools; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences. • Preferred qualifications • Experience building functional prototypes; • Experience in innovation environments or product labs; • Knowledge of how administrative areas and internal company processes work; • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
