• Provide full-service recruitment processes for the Asia Pacific Region • Support the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles, including Manager-Director level roles • Develop a pipeline of potential talent, network, and build partnerships • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers • Manage the recruitment database • Recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Region • Coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive-level positions • Support and manage all aspects of recruitment for the Asia Pacific Region, including the transition to onboarding • Develop and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes • Review job postings and create candidate profiles • Use the HR Recruitment process and system to post jobs and update applicant status • Communicate with applicants and conduct pre-screening and phone interviews • Network with associations • Provide guidance and information to hiring managers and Operations staff • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities • Ensure positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers • Help achieve Asia Pacific Region talent goals and strategies and follow best practices • Work as a member of the Talent Acquisition team and Asia Pacific Region people team
• Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients • Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development • Experience in database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis • Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes • Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences, including global teams • Experience prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details • Experience with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus • Experience working in a start-up like environment and assisting to create processes and/or rolling out a new process/project a plus • Mentoring and Training experience • Strong consultative influence to advise and manage diverse key stakeholders, remote hiring managers, and cross-border senior executives • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations • Ability and willingness to travel • Successful applicant must meet The Nature Conservancy's background screening requirements
