📋 Description

• Lead installations of technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients’ purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions • Support clients with initial access, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, and user training or training coordination • Troubleshoot complex client issues • Provide technical assistance and leadership to financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants building integrations into the nCino/Force.com platform • Co-lead third-party integrations into the nCino platform using appropriate technical solutions • Document integration processes, procedures, and testing requirements • Deliver Salesforce solution and integration development across requirements, functional specifications, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment • Evaluate vendor API and interface specifications • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans • Design Salesforce solutions meeting customer needs • Track time and bill hours on customer projects • Assist sales and sales engineering with technical prospect calls • Leverage AI/ML for integration frameworks, solution design, system automation, and operational efficiency • Support responsible AI use in cloud solutions, DevOps, and Salesforce architecture • Identify opportunities for scalable and secure AI integration

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience/proficiency with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable) • Ability to design, build, articulate and defend architectural designs, primarily around integrations, including basic UI components and designs • Ability to support a DevOps process and build solutions with various software development practices • Ability to apply engineering principles to code, flow, and integration patterns using on- and off-platform tools • Ability to document complex solutions and customer-facing documentation • Salesforce Dev401 certification • Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies • Experience using ETL/integration platforms • Financial Services experience • Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services • Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development • Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, and prior work with object-oriented languages
