• Support the Health and Nutrition Unit in implementing a program focused on strengthening the nutrition competences of frontline health workers • Conduct rigorous document analysis, literature reviews, and field research • Coordinate with government agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders • Collect, process, and manage research data • Map nursing and midwifery curricula and support curriculum analysis • Develop assessment tools, including OSCEs • Support policy drafting for Joint Memorandum Circulars • Prepare reports and presentations • Monitor research quality and progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, or a related health/science discipline • Active registration/licensure with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), as applicable • Valid Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification • Completion of the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) course before engagement • Current resident of the Philippines • Access to a personal computer and reliable, high-speed internet connection • Availability and willingness to travel onsite/fieldwork as required • Prior experience in academic content synthesis, literature reviews, curriculum analysis, or field surveys • Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software, database tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities under minimal supervision • Physical stamina for field visits, standing, walking, and handling project materials when necessary
