📋 Description

• Schedule Transaction Services installation activities, Break Fix team activities, and designated installers. • Process reservations requests and resource coordination activities, including new requests, carry overs, reschedules, and short notices. • Secure skilled technicians and coordinate resources until scheduling gaps are closed. • Process reservation requests within the 5-day SLA or less as necessary. • Ensure ES tasks and requests contain correct and necessary information; reject and communicate discrepancies. • Escalate issues to Implementation Coordinators, Project Managers, field management, Senior Installation Technicians, and other stakeholders, providing potential resolutions. • Use standard processes, approved rollout management tools, CAP report, QuickBase, ES Oracle application, and Map Point to schedule customer events and measure performance. • Resolve routine problems and escalate issues as necessary. • Collaborate with Senior Installation CEs, Managers, and Team Leads on scheduling issues and gaps. • Participate in regular team and field meetings to review status and resolve issues. • Maintain communications with project teams and Field Services Management. • Cross-train across areas, districts, and territories to ensure coverage. • Run queries and generate reports as needed. • Reduce outside spend as necessary. • Help ensure Installation CEs are fully utilized and provide management feedback for training needs. • Coordinate with other TRSs and Field Management for additional resources. • Work extended hours during special and critical rollouts and scheduling events. • Collaborate on continuous process improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related education/experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point etc.) • Customer Focused individual • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with less supervision • Good time management and organizational skills • Ability to work as part of a team or independently • 2 - 4 years of work-related experience • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
