📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within a designated territory/region • Respond to customer concerns and issues by resolving them or escalating them to the supervisor, territory manager, or Control Tower • Store parts at home, receive and ship materials, and keep inventory up to date • Resolve customer problems or incidents to the customer’s satisfaction or in accordance with agreed service levels • Work on low-complexity products and services, specifically financial products/ATMs • Perform minor repairs and replace components in Level I equipment, including PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers, and front-end POS systems • Perform first-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment setup, and basic testing • Perform modular swaps and unit replacements as needed • Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with the customer account at the local level • Represent NCR positively • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned products • Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and replace components at the module level • Follow appropriate safety procedures when working with ATMs and/or inside financial institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Technical high school diploma • Registration with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians) • Valid driver’s license, Category B or higher • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) • 0–1 years of related experience • Ability to work with Microsoft Office • Experience with Windows operating systems • Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support • A+ ITE certification or a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to learn new skills quickly • Successful completion of the screening criteria applicable to the position
