📋 Description

• Deliver technical presentations of solutions and product or service demonstrations • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for customers and strategic partners • Use and keep the CRM and other sales tools up to date, recording activities with customers and executives • Conduct remote and/or in-person meetings with customers and partners • Draft and send technical and commercial proposals • Participate in events hosted by the company or related to the NDD business • Prepare technical opinions to support the sales team • Generate hour reports for accurate pricing by the sales team • Align projects with the Services team • Train new Sales Executives • Enable commercial partners • Propose solutions and modules suited to the needs of customers and partners • Submit customer and partner requests to the Product/Development team • Maintain the demonstration environments made available to the sales team • Accompany the sales team on visits to customers and prospects, developing and advising on the optimal solution design and its alignment with their needs

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred qualification: knowledge of public tender and bidding processes • Knowledge of analyzing tender notices and Terms of Reference (ToR) • Identification of technical requirements • Assessment of solution compliance with established requirements • Support in preparing technical clarifications and questions • Preparation of challenges to tender terms • Availability to conduct remote and/or in-person meetings • Availability to participate in events hosted by the company or related to the NDD business
