ā¢ Architect, design, build, and deliver Android applications ā¢ Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and colleagues to identify challenges and deliver business value ā¢ Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following Android development best practices ā¢ Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming ā¢ Challenge team processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement ā¢ Contribute to and promote engineering standards and best practices ā¢ Ensure application performance, stability, security, and reliability across supported Android devices and operating system versions ā¢ Work on innovative fintech solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline financial services
šÆ Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in software development ā¢ 4+ years of professional experience in Android development ā¢ Experience architecting, designing, building, and delivering high-quality Android applications ā¢ Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and Android application development ecosystem ā¢ Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience writing idiomatic, readable, and maintainable code ā¢ Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns, design principles, and SOLID principles ā¢ Experience customizing Android UI components, navigation, transitions, lists, and complex layouts ā¢ Proven track record of designing and implementing high-quality, reliable, and crash-free Android applications ā¢ Practical experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous operations ā¢ Experience with dependency injection, modularization, and maintainable application architectures ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithms and data structures ā¢ Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ā¢ Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development is advantageous ā¢ Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming is advantageous ā¢ Experience with Android unit, integration, and UI testing is advantageous ā¢ Experience with Gradle, build optimization, and CI/CD pipelines for Android applications is advantageous ā¢ Experience with Google Play Console and application release processes is advantageous ā¢ Experience with GraphQL is advantageous ā¢ FinTech industry experience is advantageous ā¢ Experience in consumer lending or credit card issuing is advantageous
