📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for e-commerce shop systems • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from business departments • Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Align with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT • Provide functional support throughout sprints, releases, testing, and acceptance activities • Manage external service providers and development partners • Optimize the customer journey, usability, conversion, and performance • Ensure stable integrations with ERP, PIM, CRM, payment, and analytics systems • Communicate priorities, progress, and risks transparently • Collaborate with UI/UX Design, Marketing, Sales, IT Architecture, and external partners • Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs to evaluate features and releases • Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and performance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an e-commerce environment • Very good understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales processes • Experience with agile requirements and backlog management • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories • Good technical understanding of integrations and system landscapes • Experience collaborating with IT, business departments, and external partners • Excellent communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and a structured approach to work • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an e-commerce environment • Proven experience successfully delivering digital projects • University degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field • In-depth knowledge of one or more widely used standard e-commerce platforms • Experience integrating with SAP as an ERP system is a plus • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe, and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Good understanding of digital business models • Strong service orientation and curiosity about new web technologies • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities • Fluency in German and English is required
