📋 Description

• Drive the functional development of the Product Planning and Management domain • Act as the central interface between the business and IT • Structure requirements and establish clear priorities • Analyze business requirements and develop actionable strategies • Be responsible for planning and the business development of the domain • Work closely with the technical counterpart (DDO) to optimize the product life cycle • Coordinate and prioritize initiatives and epics in the backlog • Align business requirements with digital projects • Analyze KPIs and support data-driven decision-making • Act as a liaison between various teams and departments

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic thinking and the ability to connect short-term actions with long-term goals • Understanding of digital business models and how to successfully develop them further • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in stakeholder management • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and act as a bridge between business and technology • Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, such as Scrum and ITIL • Flexibility in dynamic environments • Experience with prioritization methods such as WSJF, RICE, or MoSCoW • At least three years of professional experience in product or project management • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings in Berlin • Experience working in cross-functional teams • Openness to and enthusiasm for new digital technologies and innovative approaches
