📋 Description

• Listing management. Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces. • Organize incoming product information, manage content updates, and ensure every listing is accurate and complete. • Support listing optimization through keyword research, search term monitoring, and content development in collaboration with the brand team. • Support go-to-market execution — coordinating assets, timelines, and cross-functional tasks to keep launches on track. • Facilitate the setup of new brand partners and ongoing projects across multiple marketplaces. • Monitor brand metrics and generate accurate, timely reports on sales trends, inventory health, buy box status, and campaign effectiveness. • Act as the connective tissue between supply chain, marketing, and creative to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on Amazon experience, including both brand and agency-side work • Deep familiarity with Seller Central — listings, catalog management, reporting, case management • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from sales data and market trends • Proficient in Excel, comfortable in Microsoft Teams, and experienced with a project management tool (Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp) • Able to manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities without dropping the ball • Fast, stable internet connection with backup power and internet solutions — no exceptions
