• This is a remote position. • The Closer / Sales Executive is the catalyst who turns interest into commitment, serving as the crucial point for realizing Negócios de Alto Valor's Big Dream. • Your mission is to convert qualified leads (independent professionals with high potential) into satisfied clients through a consultative sales process that clearly demonstrates the value and impact of our professionalized management services. • You should act as a strategist, understanding prospects' pain points and ambitions and presenting tailored solutions, always upholding the “high standard” and the “transparency and integrity” that guide us. • You are responsible for guiding the prospect to the “next level,” ensuring our offer is perceived as “high value, a lifestyle.” • To be considered an “A-Player” in this role, the Closer must consistently meet and exceed the following results: • Exceed annual sales targets by at least 10–15%, contributing to the company's sustainable growth. • Maintain a conversion rate from qualified meetings to closed deals of at least 20%, optimizing approach and pipeline management. • Manage a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, with a minimum of 15 active opportunities in each stage of the funnel. • Ensure initial customer satisfaction, resulting in a churn rate (early cancellations in the first months) of less than 5%.
• Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields). • Solid and proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a Closer, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role in complex, consultative B2B sales. • A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in medium to long sales cycles. • Experience selling to service segments, independent professionals, consultancies, or SMEs is a strong plus. • Proven proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) for pipeline management and activity logging. • Advanced knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale) to identify pain points, build value, and close complex deals. • Strong ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to closing and initial post-sale, ensuring funnel health and forecast accuracy. • Demonstrated negotiation skills to handle objections, close agreements, and maximize deal value. • Ability to analyze the market landscape, identify trends, and deeply understand the profile and needs of high-value clients. • Skill in creating and presenting clear, customized, and impactful value propositions that align the offer with the client's specific needs. • Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively for different audiences.
