• You proactively acquire new partners: from identifying potential leads through initial outreach (including cold calling), pitch & demo, to closing contracts — you own the entire sales funnel. • You consult medical facilities as an equal partner: you understand their challenges and work with them to develop the right solution from our product portfolio. • You lead confident negotiations: whether practice owners, physicians, or administrative leadership — you persuade various decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and strong negotiation skills. • KPI-driven work: you work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently, and keep your targets and key metrics constantly in view.
• Some initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or convince us with your drive and appetite for learning. • No fear of cold calling: you proactively reach out to people and see every conversation as a chance to create real value. • Strong communication skills: you can convey complex topics clearly, empathetically, and persuasively — both in writing and verbally. • Motivation, discipline, and resilience define you — you keep going even when things get challenging. • Curiosity & structure: you ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors' needs and work in a systematic way. • Excellent German (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
