⢠Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates. ⢠Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products. ⢠Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs. ⢠Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. ⢠Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing). ⢠Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation. ⢠Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards. ⢠Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals. ⢠Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks.
⢠3+ years of experience in brand design or similar role. ⢠Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work. ⢠Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy. ⢠Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines. ⢠Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into visual solutions. ⢠Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. ⢠Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. ⢠****Nice to have:** ⢠Experience in performance marketing. ⢠Experience working with motion or 3D teams. ⢠Experience leading or mentoring designers. ⢠Understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior.
