📋 Description

• Professional handling of property damage claims in liability insurance (private liability / pet owner liability) with independent decision-making within the scope of your authority • Ensuring high-quality processing of our claims and compliance with, as well as management of, service level agreements • Reviewing coverage and liability • Identifying subrogation/recourse opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in insurance or a comparable qualification • At least 1 year of professional experience in claims management at an insurance company • Basic legal understanding • Strong, future-oriented process thinking, with a particular focus on the digitization of processes • Strong communication skills • Commitment and a high degree of self-initiative • Team- and solution-oriented working style • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
