📋 Description

• Qualified handling of personal injury claims in the lines of private liability, animal owner liability, and motor third-party liability insurance • Ensuring high-quality claims handling and adherence to, as well as management of, service-level agreements • Reviewing coverage and liability • Identifying subrogation/recourse opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in insurance or equivalent qualification • At least 1 year of professional experience in claims management at an insurance company • Basic legal understanding • Strong, future-oriented process thinking, particularly with a focus on process digitization • Strong communication skills • Commitment and a high degree of initiative • Team- and solution-oriented working style • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
