📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end discovery, investigating complex business and customer problems in a high-ambiguity environment. • Actively participate in defining the solution, asking the right questions and seeking data to support decisions (strong Product Sense). • Manage your squad’s roadmap and backlog, adapting and reprioritizing quickly as the business context changes. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk and Operations, ensuring alignment and feasibility of solutions. • Define success metrics (OKRs) for your product and track the impact (outcome) of your deliveries, not just the output. • Communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders, defending product decisions based on data and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager, preferably in technology companies (Fintechs). • Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Fintech market and familiarity with Loan products. • Strong Product Sense: Ability to define product in highly uncertain scenarios, with a questioning mindset and customer-data-driven approach (not just a backlog executor). • Resilience to Ambiguity: Ability to handle rapidly changing scenarios where definitions are not ready is essential. • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with technical teams and business areas.
