📋 Description

• Own the month-end close process and financial reporting • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment runs • Review reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals • Manage and review the work of bookkeepers and accounting associates • Maintain internal controls and documentation • Partner with client finance leaders on reporting and process improvements • Lead accounting operations for U.S. companies • Ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and close processes • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems • Advanced Excel skills • Good written and spoken English • High attention to detail and strong ownership • Based in Argentina • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection • Experience with U.S. GAAP (nice to have) • CPA or equivalent qualification (nice to have)
